1. Heavy Equipment Repair Technicians

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in heavy machinery.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service records and repair reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during repairs.

2. Electricians

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to restore functionality.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety codes and standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on electrical projects.

3. Foremen

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of teams on-site.
• Monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train, mentor, and support workers to improve skills and performance.
• Report project updates, challenges, and workforce needs to management.

4. Tyre Fitters

• Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Remove, repair, replace, and balance tyres on vehicles and heavy machinery.
• Perform wheel alignments to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
• Advise operators and drivers on proper tyre care and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of working experience (mining industry experience is a strong advantage)
• Certificate/Diploma in a relevant field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
• A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
